Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• 5+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in MDM with Microsoft Intune

• Working knowledge of Endpoint Policies, Procedures, and Configuration Settings to ensure Device Compliance and Security.

• The Endpoint Migration Lead is expected to have L3 expertise in Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management and will need to have working knowledge in Microsoft Entra and Active Directory areas.

• Troubleshooting issues with MDM environment and device enrollments.

• Good Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Dynamic Groups, Active Directory Sync

• Good understanding of Security and Compliance Policies

• Experience in PowerShell scripting for Intune Scripts and Intune Remediation

• Working knowledge on Group Policy Objects (GPO)

• Provide clear, transparent, and technical direction to the team, assign and track tasks to completion; provide expertise in device management functionalities, configuration, and policies, share best practices and guidelines, leveraging knowledge of Endpoint Configuration to effectively optimize migration activities.

• Provide recommendations to improve performance after performing Performance Optimization exercises

• Strong client interaction skills

• Working independently and in teams

• Excellent Analytical and Communication skills

• He/she will maintain migration schedules and provide status reports for both check-ins and check-outs, support the planned migration activities for all device types i.e., Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. He/she will assist the team investigate and resolve technical issues related to migration, support and troubleshoot any issues reported during device enrolment, identify migration defects and escalate appropriately, to ensure effective and efficient resolution.

• Able to manage a team of 5-15

• Ability and Flexibility to work on Onsite/Nearshore/Offshore models

• At least 2 migration projects with device rollout to Microsoft Intune.

Desired/ Secondary skills
