| Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities) | 1.Solution Design & Architecture Lead the design and architecture of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, LMS, PMGM) based on business requirements and best practices. 2. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with key stakeholders (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements. 3. End-to-End Project Leadership Oversee the full lifecycle of SuccessFactors implementations-from planning and design to go-live and post-go-live support. 4. Functional Configuration Perform hands-on configuration of SuccessFactors modules ensuring system functionality aligns with business processes. 5. Technical Integration Oversight Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems (e.g., payroll, ERP, time tracking). 6. Quality Assurance Ensure quality through rigorous testing (unit, integration, UAT) and validation of configurations and integrations. 7. Change Management & Communication Support change management initiatives, including communications and stakeholder alignment during transitions. 8. Training & Knowledge Transfer Design and deliver user training sessions and documentation; ensure business users are equipped to use the system post-go-live. 9. Compliance & Data Security Ensure the solution meets data privacy, compliance, and security requirements (GDPR, ISO, etc.). 10. Best Practice Guidance Provide strategic advice on HR transformation using SuccessFactors capabilities and industry best practices. 11. Issue Resolution & Support Act as the escalation point for complex issues and provide Level 3 support in post-go-live environments. 12. Mentoring & Team Leadership Mentor junior consultants, guide team members, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing. 13. Continuous Improvement Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the SuccessFactors environment. 14. Client Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and aligning SAP solutions accordingly. 15. Innovation & Product Knowledge Stay current on SuccessFactors updates, new releases, and roadmap to proactively suggest enhancements. |
