1.Monitor and manage daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc batch processing operations, ensuring timely completion of scheduled jobs.

2.Initiate, track, and control batch job execution using various scheduling tools.

3.Analyze batch job failures , performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

4.Troubleshoot JCL errors, application-related issues, and system-level problems affecting batch processing.

5.Perform restarts and recoveries of failed batch jobs as per defined procedures .

6.Proficiency in JCL programming and debugging.

7.Knowledge of incident management process and tools such as ServiceNow.

8.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

9.Good to have ITIL certification
