Working experience in D365 Field service. The D365 Field Service mobile app experience should be priority Experience in Power Apps and Power Automate flow.
Core development capabilities in Logic Apps, SSRS ,SSIS and Power BI. Ability to learn new systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. Leverage the Power Platform Capabilities to extend D365 CRM functionality and build custom applications. Migrate data and integrations between D365 CRM and other systems Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction. Manage Client expectations and communicate effectively to address any issues or concerns. |
