Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of conversational AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Translate conversational designs into functional chatbot implementations, focusing on intuitive user interactions and effective dialogue flows.
Conduct thorough training and rigorous unit testing of chatbots to ensure high performance, accuracy, and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during all project development phases, ensuring smooth progress and timely delivery.
Actively participate in multiple project releases related to chatbot functionalities, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
