Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect, and Service Cloud Consultant
  • 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
  • Ability to collaborate and lead workshops with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Experienced in ensuring seamless Omni-Channel routing and agent experience across voice, chat, and email.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Omni-Channel setup, and ICT architecture.

Mandatory skills*
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect, and Service Cloud Consultant
  • 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
  • Ability to collaborate and lead workshops with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business stakeholders.
