Manager/Sr Manager - Cyber Security | One of the Chambers

We are hiring for a Manager/Sr Manager – Cybersecurity role with a leading industry and policy-focused organisation.\n\nThe role will be responsible for driving cybersecurity initiatives, industry engagement, awareness programs, advisory forums, and ecosystem partnerships across industry, government, academia, startups, and technology providers.\n\nLocation: Delhi\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Lead cybersecurity programs, workshops, roundtables, summits, and awareness initiatives\n• Build and manage relationships with industry leaders, government stakeholders, technology partners, and cybersecurity professionals\n• Contribute to policy discussions, industry advocacy, and thought leadership initiatives\n• Drive cybersecurity ecosystem development, including startup engagement and innovation programs\n• Develop white papers, newsletters, reports, and industry knowledge assets\n• Support industry organizations in assessing cybersecurity readiness and building improvement roadmaps\n• Manage outreach activities, roadshows, stakeholder forums, and strategic partnerships\n• Contribute to revenue generation, sponsorship development, and departmental growth initiatives\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n• 8–10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, or related domains\n• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, network security, endpoint security, incident response, risk management, and emerging cyber threats\n• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across industry, government, consulting, or technology ecosystems\n• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and program management skills\n• Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related educational background preferred\n• Relevant cybersecurity certifications will be an advantage
