Sr. Manager - Digital Fabric AI/ML

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, data architecture, and cloud platforms, combined with strong leadership skills to drive end-to-end AI strategy and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Architecture

Define and drive the AI/ML architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives

Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI solutions and platforms

Identify opportunities to leverage AI across business processes and products

Build reference architectures, frameworks, and reusable components

Solution Design & Development

Architect and oversee development of: Machine Learning / Deep Learning models

NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI solutions

Design end-to-end AI pipelines (data ingestion, preprocessing, modeling, deployment, monitoring)

Define model lifecycle management (training, validation, deployment, monitoring)

Ensure integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems and applications

Data & Platform Architecture

Define data architecture for AI use cases (data lakes, warehouses, pipelines)

Work with structured and unstructured datasets at scale

Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance

Design solutions leveraging big data technologies (Spark, ELK, Splunk)

Technology Leadership

Select appropriate AI/ML frameworks and tools

Drive adoption of MLOps, ModelOps, and DevOps practices

Evaluate emerging technologies (LLMs, generative AI, AI agents, etc.)

Establish best practices for model performance, security, and scalability

Programming & Tools

Proficiency in Python (mandatory), familiarity with Java/Scala is a plus

Experience with libraries: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face

Knowledge of data processing tools: Spark, Pandas

Experience & Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in software engineering / data / AI domains

At least 5+ years in AI/ML architecture or lead roles

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
