Research Engineer – Liquid Cooling\nLocation: Bangalore\nExperience: 1 to 8 Years\nCompany: Stealth AI Infrastructure Startup\n\nAbout the Role\nWe are building next-generation liquid cooling solutions for AI Data Centers for high-density GPU and HPC environments.\n\nWe are looking for Research Engineers with strong expertise in thermal engineering, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and product development to drive innovation from concept to prototype.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nResearch and develop CDU and Cold Plate technologies for AI/HPC infrastructure.\nPerform thermal, hydraulic, and CFD analysis for cooling systems.\nDesign, prototype, and validate liquid cooling products.\nEvaluate pumps, heat exchangers, sensors, valves, and cooling loop components.\nConduct laboratory testing, performance validation, and reliability studies.\nCollaborate with product, manufacturing, and engineering teams to commercialize solutions.\n\nRequirements\nB.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical, Thermal, Aerospace, Energy, or related disciplines.\n1 to 8 years of experience in thermal management, liquid cooling, heat exchangers, HVAC, electronics cooling, or related domains.\nStrong fundamentals in:\nHeat Transfer\nFluid Mechanics\nThermodynamics\nCooling System Design\nHands-on experience with CFD tools such as ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, COMSOL, or similar.\nExperience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, NX, or CATIA.\n\nPreferred Experience\nData Center Cooling\nDirect-to-Chip Cooling\nCDU Development\nCold Plate Design\nHPC / AI Infrastructure\nSemiconductor or Power Electronics Cooling\n\nWhy Join Us?\nBuild cutting-edge cooling technologies for the AI era.\nWork on products powering next-generation AI factories and GPU clusters.\nHigh ownership, deep-tech innovation, and strong growth opportunities.
