Chief Technology Officer | Large University in Delhi NCR

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient CTO to lead a large education group's technology vision, architecture, and execution across their multichannel operations. The CTO will be responsible for standardizing ERP, CRM, and LMS systems, driving digital transformation,

and ensuring seamless integration across all group companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the group-wide technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Drive technological innovation incorporating AI/ML, Generative AI, EdTech, and HealthTech solutions.

• Drive CRM strategy (Salesforce/Dynamics CRM) for student enrollment, alumni engagement, and patient relationship management.

• Oversee system architecture, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and platform scalability.

• Collaborate with CEO, CFO, COO, Registrar, Medical Director, and Business Heads for technology-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365).

• Proven experience managing group-level technology and enterprise system ecosystems in higher education / ed -tech.

• 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles.
