Job Description
We are looking for a Credit Analyst within the Corporate & Institutional Finance function, reporting to the Senior Credit Approver, to support end-to-end credit evaluation, structuring, and portfolio monitoring of corporate lending proposals. The role requires strong analytical expertise in financial assessment, risk evaluation, and deal execution, along with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure timely credit decisions and compliance.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPreparing detailed credit approval note, Information Memorandum and presentations for approval and presentation to the Management / Risk Committee.\nEvaluating and assessing various kinds of credit proposals to determine credit worthiness and risk involved by conducting through analysis on Company’s/ Borrower financials, Credit Rating, industry research & trends, key competitors & industry outlook.\nConducting the preliminary financial analysis, Peer company financial analysis, bank accounts due diligence and another de-dupe analysis.\nEnsuring that all credit and legal files are complete, identifying documentation deficiencies & ensuring timely resolution.\nSupporting Origination and Execution team in completing the assignments.\nRegularly engaging with client for completing the compliance and other documentation required in a proposal.\nManage Post Disbursal Documents (PDD).\nExecution of deals, disbursement process, liaising with all parties like Client, Syndicate Banks, Legal Counsel, Internal Team.\nSupporting in Executing the Down selling deals.\nDeep dive analysis on structured finance and capital market transaction. Handling credit queries and ensuring to close assessment within stipulated timelines.\nManaging the Portfolio and Regularly engaging with client for recent development in the markets.\nAll responsibilities should be performed as per the Company Values and guidelines mentioned in the Company policies, as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct.\n\nDesired Candidature:\n\nEducation: CA / CFA / MBA Finance\nWork Experience: 2-7 years from relevant industry (NBFC / Banking) is a must.\nPrimary Skill: Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling, Ratio Analysis, Information Memorandum, Credit Assessment Note, Fluent Spoken English, Team player & Assertive
