About the Role\n\nMinimum 10 yrs of Experience with experience in Hydro projects worked at least one detailed Engineering project of 25MW capacity and independently managed a team of Engineers and designers of Hydro Projects with consulting environment.\n\nQualification\n\nEducational Qualification & Desirable skillset: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. M.Tech – Structural Engineering will be preferable.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nPlanning & design of medium/large hydro power projects\nPrepare independently layouts and tender documents for the above, bid evaluation, review of contractor's / designer's designs and drawings for Hydro Power Projects.\nAnalysis, design, detailing, coordination & preparation of construction drawings related to hydro power structures like dams/barrages, underground structures, Powerhouse etc.\nFeasibility and Due Diligence Studies.\nFamiliarity with Indian, British, American and European Codes would be an added advantage\nAnalysis and design of RCC with various codes and standard Indian as well as international.\nEstimation of BOQ and preparation of drawing.\nHands on experience in AutoCAD will be added advantage.\nCandidate should interact with client and site team to resolve the technical and project related issues.\nReview of MQP and FQP for the Civil works.\nDiscussion with All Stakeholders involved in project\n\nRequired Skills\n\nHave strong technical skills and proven experience in hydro power design including experience in structural analysis using software like ANSYS, NISA, ETABS, STAAD Pro\nExperience in planning & design of medium/large hydropower schemes\nProject Management Experience\nInternational experience would be an added advantage.\nHave good communication capabilities- oral, written and presentation skills.\nSTAAD Pro.\nSoftware Project BOM and BOQ\nPerforming Dynamic analysis for structures\n\nPreferred Skills\n\nPreparation of Technical specifications for various Packages\nPreparation / Review of Construction drawings for Buildings and Equipment structures.\nDesign of Foundation – Tunnel/ Hydro Projects.\nPreparation of Construction drawings for Power Transformer, Substation & Switchyard Structures.\n\nNote: No site experience required\n\nPlease share your CV on
