Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) / Remote
Duration: 3-6 Months

Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram,
Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Develop employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
2. Content Creation
- Design marketing materials, banners, job advertisements, and
promotional content.
- Write engaging social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, and
website content.
- Assist in creating recruitment-related marketing content to attract
candidates and clients.
3. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research potential clients and candidate markets.
- Support lead generation activities through LinkedIn and other
platforms.
- Maintain marketing databases and track outreach activities.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns and follow-ups.
4. Website & SEO Support
- Help update website content and career pages.
- Support SEO initiatives to improve website visibility.
- Monitor website traffic and user engagement metrics.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
Business Administration, Communications, HR, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and recruitment
marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or
similar tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and LinkedIn.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
