We're Hiring Transformation Partner

Locations: Tirunelveli & Hyderabad

CTC: Up to 6 LPA

Are you passionate about education and creating meaningful impact? We are looking for individuals who can drive educational and cultural transformation across schools by working closely with school leaders, teachers, and students.

Position: Transformation Partner

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience (any field)

Travel: Willingness to travel 1520 days per month

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and apply educational theories and learning methodologies

Visit schools and support the transformation of teaching and learning practices

Conduct teacher training sessions and facilitate educator development

Collaborate with school leaders to design and implement systemic improvements

Gather insights and feedback to identify challenges and opportunities

Work with internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions

Drive adoption of educational programs and solutions across schools

Build strong stakeholder relationships and support business growth initiatives
