About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and academically accomplished Assistant Professor in General Management to contribute to our MBA/PGDM programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise and teaching experience across multiple management disciplines, including Marketing, Finance, and Economics, while actively engaging students through practical and industry-oriented learning methodologies.
Educational Qualification
- Ph.D. (Completed and Awarded) is mandatory.
- Candidates pursuing a Ph.D. are requested to refrain from applying.
- Master's Degree (MBA/PGDM or equivalent) with a strong academic record.
Experience
- Minimum 3–8 years of teaching experience in MBA/PGDM institutions.
- Experience in teaching one or more of the following subjects:
- Marketing Management
- Consumer Behaviour
- Financial Management
- Corporate Finance
- Managerial Economics
- Business Economics
- Strategic Management
- General Management Subjects
- Industry experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures to MBA/PGDM students.
- Develop course content, lesson plans, case studies, and assessment frameworks.
- Mentor students for academic projects, internships, and career development.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic administration.
- Conduct and publish quality research in reputed journals.
- Contribute to accreditation, rankings, and institutional development initiatives.
- Organize workshops, seminars, FDPs, and industry interaction sessions.
- Support placement and corporate engagement activities whenever required.
