Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote role based in India, supporting projects across multiple time zones.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and maintain detailed project schedules in Microsoft Project — WBS, tasks, dependencies, milestones, and baselines\nPlan and track resource allocation and utilization across concurrent engagements; flag conflicts early and re-balance with the PMO\nRun project kick-offs, weekly status meetings, steering committees, and customer governance calls\nMaintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and drive issues to closure\nTrack effort against estimates, manage scope changes through formal change requests, and protect project margin\nProduce weekly status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for customers and CloudGate leadership\nCoordinate with architects, engineers, and third-party vendors to keep delivery on plan\nManage timesheets, billable utilization, and invoicing milestones in coordination with finance\n\nWhat You Bring\n3 to 5 years of project management experience in IT services, systems integration, or cloud delivery\nStrong, demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Project — schedule construction, critical path, baselines, and resource leveling\nHands-on experience with resource planning, allocation, and utilization tracking across multiple concurrent projects\nSolid grasp of project planning fundamentals: WBS, estimation, dependency management, and earned-value basics\nWorking knowledge of waterfall and agile/hybrid delivery models\nExcellent command of Microsoft 365 — Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint\nStrong written and spoken English; clear communication with both technical and executive audiences\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field\nHighly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable owning multiple workstreams remotely\n\nWhat We Offer\nFully remote — work from home with flexible hours\nOwnership of meaningful, regional-scale projects from day one\nSponsored certifications (PMP / PRINCE2 / Microsoft) and a structured growth plan\nDirect exposure to senior architects, customer executives, and Microsoft stakeholders\nCompetitive compensation, performance bonus, and clear path to Senior PM / PMO Lead
