Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured debrief meetings with US sales leadership after every key client interaction, campaign, or opportunity review
  • Capture detailed action items, stakeholder expectations, objections, competitive insights, and follow-up dependencies from each discussion
  • Coordinate internally across multiple teams including delivery, presales, marketing, partnerships, legal, finance, and leadership
  • Drive creation and consolidation of required collateral such as capability decks, case studies, solution briefs, pricing inputs, architecture diagrams, and proposal content
  • Track multiple parallel workstreams and ensure ownership clarity across all stakeholders
  • Maintain centralized visibility into opportunity status, pending tasks, deadlines, and decision blockers
  • Handle scheduling and coordination for follow-up meetings, workshops, demos, executive connects, and client reviews
  • Ensure continuity between US sales leadership discussions and offshore execution teams to avoid information gaps
  • Support proactive follow-ups with clients and internal teams to keep momentum on opportunities
  • Help operationalize next steps post-client meetings instead of relying on ad hoc coordination from sales leaders
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, meeting notes, engagement history, and pipeline updates across all active opportunities
  • Act as the operational backbone for ongoing pursuits, ensuring no opportunity loses momentum due to coordination inefficiencies
  • Build a repeatable cadence for communications, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across ongoing sales cycles
  • Reduce dependency on senior sales leaders for execution tracking so they can focus on relationship building and deal strategy
