AI Backend Engineer

Must Haves:\nStrong python engineering/ data science experience\n2-3 years of experience building FastAPI based backend applications\nat least 1 year of experience in building AI agents and agent workflows\nRAG implementations end to end\n\nPlusses:\nCopilot Studio experience, including building agents and understanding integration approaches such as publishing web or integrating via API patterns.\nMicrosoft Agent Framework experience, including agent hosting patterns and integration with backend services.\n\nDay to Day:\nThis resource should have experience working with Azure ecosystem tools and services, including CI/CD workflows and data services. The role involves developing production APIs, orchestrating AI workflows, integrating enterprise data, and operationalizing AI solutions. Candidates should have expertise in at least one AI framework, adapt quickly to new AI methods, and possess strong collaboration and communication skills for agile, global teamwork.
