About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Senior Digital Media Planner / Strategist who is deeply rooted in digital but equally comfortable working across integrated media environments. This role requires someone who can seamlessly operate across multiple markets, channels, and client mandates - bringing both the rigour of data-driven digital planning and the breadth of integrated campaign thinking. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client agency environment and can translate business objectives into compelling, measurable media strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of digital-first, integrated media strategies aligned with client objectives across multiple markets and audience segments.
  • Plan and manage campaigns across digital channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic (DV360), and emerging platforms - while also contributing to broader integrated media planning where required.
  • Conduct audience research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to build robust, insight-led media plans tailored to different market contexts.
  • Manage and optimise media budgets across markets, ensuring effective forecasting, pacing, and allocation to maximise ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, engagement) and drive continuous optimisation across all active campaigns.
  • Act as a strategic partner to client-facing teams - translating performance data into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, analytics, and account management teams to ensure seamless, integrated campaign execution.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports, strategic reviews, and media recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients across markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, publishers, and platform representatives across digital and traditional ecosystems.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies - proactively bringing new opportunities to the team and clients.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media planning, strategy, or performance marketing - with demonstrable exposure to integrated or omnichannel campaigns.
  • Strong digital-first mindset with hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, LinkedIn Ads, and related platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns across multiple markets simultaneously - with an understanding of how market nuances impact strategy and execution.
  • Experience in campaign tracking, analytics, and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make confident strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - comfortable engaging with senior clients and cross-functional teams across markets.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a high-paced agency environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in integrated media planning across both digital and traditional channels (OOH, print, broadcast, or radio) is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and programmatic advertising.
  • Prior agency experience is strongly preferred - especially in a multi-market or regional capacity.
  • Familiarity with cross-market planning tools and media buying across different geographies.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, DV360, or Analytics platforms are an added advantage.
