Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Manager - Performance Marketing to support business development efforts and drive revenue growth. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, building relationships with brands and agencies, and assisting in converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential advertisers, brands, agencies, and business partners.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Maintain and update sales pipelines and lead trackers.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate with Delivery and Account Management teams for smooth campaign onboarding.
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM or reporting tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Servicing, or Digital Marketing.
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing Sales are preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable with lead generation and client outreach.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
