We work with leading brands across Education, Real Estate, BFSI, Healthcare, D2C, and International markets.\n\nWe are looking for a PR Manager who can lead our public relations initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, manage media relationships, and drive impactful communication strategies. The ideal candidate should have experience working with reputed PR agencies, strong media networks, and the ability to manage a growing PR team.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop and execute comprehensive PR and communication strategies aligned with business goals.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, media houses, influencers, and industry stakeholders.\nCreate and distribute press releases, media notes, thought leadership articles, and company announcements.\nIdentify media opportunities, interviews, speaking engagements, and award nominations.\nManage media outreach campaigns to increase brand visibility and share of voice.\nCoordinate with internal teams including marketing, content, design, leadership, and client servicing.\nMonitor media coverage and prepare regular PR performance reports.\nHandle crisis communication and reputation management when required.\nManage and mentor a team of PR executives and communication professionals.\nTrack industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging media opportunities.\n\nWhat We're Looking For Must-Have\n5+ years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Media Relations.\nMinimum 3+ years of experience with a reputed PR agency.\nExperience managing a team of at least 3 members.\nStrong network across print, digital, business, and industry media.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProven experience securing media coverage and building brand visibility.\nStrong stakeholder and client management abilities.
