Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow institutional & corporate sales business across North India.
  • Identify and onboard new institutional clients including corporates, schools, colleges, universities, government departments, PSUs, and large organizations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing institutional/corporate customers and channel partners.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
  • Conduct regular market visits and business development activities across the region.
  • Coordinate with distributors and dealers for institutional order execution and support.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial negotiations with clients.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as supply chain, marketing, and finance for smooth order processing and execution.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, institutional meetings, and business events when required
  • Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and business forecasts to management.


Skills/Experience


  • Experience in stationery, FMCG, consumer products, office supplies, or related industries preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across North India.
  • Good knowledge of corporate business development and distributor management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling independent regional responsibilities
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Channel Sales.
  • Graduate / MBA (preferred) in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
  • Female Preferable
