Role Overview\nWe are looking for a process-driven Inside Sales / Sales Ops professional who lives and breathes data, pipelines, and closing metrics. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for maintaining our CRM health while actively engaging warm prospects to drive software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription conversions.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nOwn and optimize our sales stack (CRM, tracking parameters, and automated email sequences).\nEngage with inbound software leads, understand their tech bottlenecks, and guide them through our product pipeline.\nTrack and report on pipeline health, sales velocity, conversion metrics, and monthly recurring revenue (MRR) leaks.\nClean up customer databases, build sales reports, and create seamless hand-off processes for our account management team.\n\nExperienced Candidate Qualifications\nProven SaaS Track Record: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations (RevOps) specifically within the B2B SaaS domain.\nCRM & Stack Mastery: Advanced power-user status in enterprise CRM ecosystems (HubSpot or Salesforce).
