Location: Kalunga, Rourkela, Odisha\n\nQualification: Diploma in Metallurgical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering\nExperience: Minimum 3-8 Years in Beneficiation / Pellet / Steel Plant Operations\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe are seeking a dedicated and performance-driven Sr. Executive/Asst Manager – Beneficiation Operations to oversee day-to-day Beneficiation Plant operations, ensuring achievement of production and quality targets while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n'14; Ensure smooth operation of the Beneficiation Plant to achieve targeted production and filter cake quality.\n'14; Monitor critical process parameters and coordinate with the Control Room Operator (CRO) for process optimization.\n'14; Coordinate raw material feeding, material handling, and vehicle utilization to ensure uninterrupted production.\n'14; Work closely with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maximize plant availability.\n'14; Manage contract manpower deployment and ensure effective utilization of resources.\n'14; Coordinate with laboratory teams for timely sample collection and quality control activities.\n'14; Maintain production reports, operational records, and shift logbooks for performance monitoring and analysis.\n'14; Ensure compliance with safety regulations, 5S practices, IMS standards, and company SOPs.\n\nSkills Required\n\n• Knowledge of Iron Ore Beneficiation Process\n• Production & Process Operations Management\n• Manpower Management and Team Coordination\n• Process Monitoring and Troubleshooting\n• Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills\n• Safety, IMS, and Operational Compliance
