Multi Location : Rajkot, Gandhidham, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Pune, Ludhiana, Delhi , Mumbai\n\nJOB SUMMARY\nJob Scope: Responsible for all administrative and coordination support tasks for the Commercial team. This role is the central hub for all sales data management, documentation , and internal coordination.\nKey Purpose: To be the \"Engine Room\" of the sales team, responsible for increasing the \"Selling Time\" for the Sale (GC & Indoor) teams by handling CRM data integrity, documentation, and various coordination tasks with speed and absolute accuracy.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nQuotation & Proposal Preparation:\nPrepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents as requested by the Sale team.\nCRM & Data Integrity Management:\nTake full ownership of CRM data entry and maintenance. Actively update and maintain all customer information, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system based on input from the GC and Indoor sales teams.\nEnsure all \"Self-Qualified Leads\" generated by the sales team are recorded accurately and timely, maintaining the CRM as the single source of truth.\nInternal Coordination:\nAct as the central point of contact for coordination with other departments (e.g., CS, Ops, Finance) regarding the sales process to ensure smooth service delivery.\nReport Generation:\nPrepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports as assigned by the Sales Manager.\nAdministrative Support:\nProvide other administrative support to the Commercial team as required.\n\nQUALIFICATION\nWork Experience:\nA minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales support, sales coordination, or administrative role.\nSkill & Competency:\nShipping & Logistics Industry Knowledge\nBusiness Development & New Customer Acquisition\nKey Account Management\nFreight Pricing & Commercial Acumen\nTrade Lane Development\nTerritory Management\nRFQ/RFP Handling and Proposal Management\nMarket Intelligence & Competitor Analysis\nCRM & Sales Pipeline Management\nCustomer Relationship & Stakeholder Management\nRevenue Growth & Portfolio Development\nCross-functional Coordination\nAttention to Detail\nOrganization & Planning\nProactiveness\nProficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM systems\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in any field.
