We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Senior Admin & HR Executive who can independently manage HR operations, factory administration, recruitment, employee relations, and statutory compliance.

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, factory administration, and workforce management will be preferred.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Management
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Create and manage job postings across various recruitment platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate interviews.
  • Manage interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
  • Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee databases, personnel files, and HR records.
  • Support employee engagement and employee relations activities.
  • Address employee concerns and coordinate grievance handling.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and workforce data.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
  • Handle PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and other statutory compliances.
  • Coordinate PF and ESIC registrations, filings, claims, transfers, and employee support.
  • Maintain statutory registers and labor law records.
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
  • Support payroll processing and verify statutory deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Administration & Office Management
  • Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
  • Handle office assets, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain contracts, licenses, agreements, and company records.
  • Coordinate facility management and office maintenance.
  • Prepare administrative reports and management documentation.
  • Support senior management with operational and administrative requirements.
Factory & Manufacturing Coordination
  • Coordinate with factory, production, and operations teams.
  • Monitor factory attendance, workforce deployment, and manpower planning.
  • Maintain contractor and labor records.
  • Ensure compliance with factory rules, safety standards, and labor regulations.
  • Support factory audits, inspections, and statutory requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between management, HR, and factory personnel.

Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in HR, Administration, and Compliance.
  • Experience in manufacturing, modular furniture, engineering, construction, or factory-based industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
