Program Director - Online Higher Education | A Reputed University in Delhi NCR

We are looking for experienced academic leaders to drive the growth, quality, and innovation of online degree and certification programs across Management, Computer Science, and Commerce domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and continuous enhancement of undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education programs.
• Develop industry-relevant curricula aligned with emerging trends, technology advancements, and learner needs.
• Drive innovation in online learning through experiential pedagogy, AI-enabled learning, projects, case studies, and industry engagement.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with corporates, industry experts, professional bodies, and academic institutions.
• Monitor learner outcomes, engagement, retention, and overall academic quality.
• Lead and mentor faculty, subject matter experts, instructional designers, and academic teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline; PhD preferred.
• 10–15+ years of experience in academia, higher education, EdTech, or a combination of academia and industry.
• Proven expertise in curriculum development, academic leadership, and program management.
• Experience in online education, digital learning environments, and outcome-based education frameworks.
• Strong industry-academia network and stakeholder management capabilities.
