The role will be responsible for financial strategy, budgeting, treasury & forex management, compliance, business finance, and driving profitability across manufacturing and retail operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.\nManage cash flow, working capital, treasury, banking, and forex activities.\nDrive profitability improvement, cost optimization, and strategic financial planning.\nOversee accounting, taxation, audit, compliance, and internal financial controls.\nMonitor manufacturing costing, inventory management, and operational finance.\nSupport retail business expansion, pricing strategies, and store profitability analysis.\nManage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.\nLead ERP-driven financial systems and digital finance transformation initiatives.\n\nRequired Skills\nStrong expertise in P&L management, costing, working capital, and financial controls.\nGood understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and inventory management.\nExperience in fundraising, banking, and financial risk management.\nProficiency in ERP systems, financial analytics, IND AS, GST, and statutory compliance.\nStrong leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making abilities.\n\nPreferred Background\nCA with around 15+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.\nPrior experience in manufacturing, textile, retail, or FMCG sectors will be preferred.\n\nInterested candidates can share their updated resume to 8056860077 (WhatsApp) with Subject Line \"CFO - Tiruppur\"
