Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:\n\nCity: Mohali State: Punjab (IN-PB) Country: India (IN) Requisition Number: 45946\n\nJob Description\n\nBusiness Title: Team Lead - FP&A\n\nGlobal Job Title: Sr Anl Finance FP&A\n\nGlobal Function: Business Services\n\nGlobal Department: Finance – FP&A(DEP_BBS5)\n\nOrganizational Level: 7\n\nReporting to: AGM\n\nAnalyze full P&L Cycle\n\n- Revenue Analysis\n\n- Fixed, variable cost analysis & commentaries\n\n- EBIT & ROE analysis\n\n- Identify areas for revenue opportunities and cost improvements\n\nEvaluate Performance and Initiate Corrective Actions\n\n- Prepare and consolidate monthly performance decks\n\n- Preparation of monthly/quarterly committees and business reviews\n\n- Consistency and integrity of data measurement across regions\n\n- Analyze financial performance and provide financial analysis reports\n\nBusiness Planning and Forecasting\n\n- Oversee monthly / quarterly and annual (BUD) and strategic planning process for business segment\n\n- Support onshore teams in forecasting process by doing integral checks and identify risks and sensitivities against the delivery of full year targets\n\nEnsure Organizational Effectiveness\n\n- Support standardization and continuous improvement in functional processes, system and practices\n\nLiaison with different departments\n\n- Connector who can bridge the FP&A plant owners towards Bunge’s leadership\n\n- Serve as Finance liaison to departments by working closely with them in understanding their business, supporting their initiatives, and general financial inquiries\n\n- Connect various other parts of the organization including controlling, supply chain and other functions both in onshore and offshore to ensure that the quality and security in performance management\n\n- Partner with the accounting team during the close process, which includes reviewing departmental general ledgers, recording transactional activity, preparing revenue and expense accruals, and providing P&L and Cash variance explanations to budget and forecasts\n\nKnowledge and Skills\n\n- Behavior Improve Bunge's outcomes by making data-driven decisions, keeping the customer at the forefront of all they do, and proactively gaining insight into the global strategy\n\n- Collaborate, effectively communicate with others and take initiative to continually develop themselves\n\n- Pursue opportunities to solve problems and take action while maintaining the ability to manage work, even in times of challenge or change\n\nTechnical\n\n- Experience working in a similar Shared Services Centre setup a distinct advantage\n\n- Experience in processing of high volumes of transactions\n\n- Experience in SAP, workflow tools and document imaging systems\n\n- Flexibility to work in different time zones\n\nEducation & Experience\n\n- 4-5 years of work experience in a similar role or CA with 2-3 years of experience\n\n- Experience in Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry preferred\n\n- Minimum Education Qualification – CA or MBA Finance will be preferred\n\n- Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure\n\n- Strong communication & Interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal/external teams across the Globe\n\n- Experience in managing people and processes through a sustained period of change\n\n- Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)\n\n- Experience in ERP/ Accounting systems SAP is a must and Reporting tool (OneStream, Tableau, Power BI) will be added advantage\n\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
