Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Education Counselor to guide students and job seekers in choosing the right practical accounting training programs that enhance their employability. The role focuses on counseling, admissions conversion, and career guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and job seekers on accounting training (GST, Tally, Income Tax)
• Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp and online leads
• Explain career outcomes and placement opportunities
• Consistent follow-up to convert leads into admissions
• Maintain CRM and lead tracking reports
• Coordinate with trainers and placement team
• Support seminars, demo sessions and marketing activities

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability
• Basic understanding of accounting (preferred)
• Target-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple leads effectively

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–2 years experience in counseling / sales
• Freshers with strong communication may apply

Additional Requirements

• Willing to work from RR Nagar, Bangalore

Work Timing

6 days working (Sunday weekly off)

Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM

Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives based on admissions and revenue performance
