This unique collaboration creates an environment where your skills can truly shine, enabling you to make a meaningful impact on the platform’s growth, visibility, and overall success.\n\nResponsibilities\nProvide legal counsel on corporate governance, business operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic transactions.\nDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements, including service agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, NDAs, and licensing arrangements.\nSupport corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, fundraising rounds, restructuring, and due diligence processes.\nAdvise leadership and internal stakeholders on legal risks, compliance obligations, and business strategy from a legal perspective.\nPrepare and maintain corporate records, board resolutions, governance documents, and statutory filings to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.\nAssist with entity formation, corporate structuring, and management of domestic and international subsidiaries.\nMonitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance developments, providing proactive legal recommendations.\nCollaborate with finance, HR, operations, and external counsel on employment matters, compliance issues, and contractual obligations.\nManage and mitigate legal risks related to commercial operations, partnerships, intellectual property, and regulatory exposure.\nSupport dispute prevention and resolution efforts, including pre-litigation strategy and coordination with external legal advisors when necessary.\n\nQualifications\nJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree or equivalent legal qualification from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.\nActive license and good standing with at least one recognized bar association or legal regulatory authority.\n2–5 years of experience in corporate law, either in a law firm or in-house legal department.\nStrong understanding of corporate governance, contract law, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance.\nExperience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal agreements independently.\nFamiliarity with company formation, board governance, statutory filings, and corporate documentation requirements.\nExcellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate legal concepts into practical business advice.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh level of integrity, sound judgment, and attention to detail.\n\nRequired Skills\nExperience supporting mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, venture capital, private equity, or cross-border transactions.\nFamiliarity with employment law, data privacy regulations, intellectual property matters, and commercial compliance frameworks.\nPrior in-house legal experience supporting startups, multinational corporations, or high-growth organizations.\nExperience working with contract lifecycle management tools, legal tech platforms, and document automation systems.\nStrong business acumen with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial objectives.\nAbility to work collaboratively across departments and manage relationships with external counsel and stakeholders.\nExperience handling multi-jurisdictional legal matters and international corporate structures is a plus.
