Role Overview

We are hiring Senior and Lead Cloud SREs to join our growing Managed Services teams across India. You will own cloud reliability, automation, and delivery for enterprise clients across GCP, AWS, and Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities

For All Cloud Platforms

• Own cloud infrastructure reliability, availability, and performance for enterprise clients
• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation / Bicep / ARM)
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
• Set up and maintain observability stacks — Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and MTTR reduction
• OS patching, maintenance, upgrades — Windows & Linux
• Manage Networking — Load Balancers, DNS, VPC, Firewalls
• Drive FinOps and cloud cost optimisation initiatives
• Maintain SLA compliance and system availability for production environments

Lead-Level Additional Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client delivery and SLO framework definition
• Mentor and guide Senior CSREs within the team
• Act as Subject Matter Expert and primary client point of contact
• Drive reliability programs and FinOps strategy across account

Technical Skills Required

GCP (Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore / Coimbatore)

Must Have: GKE, Kubernetes, Terraform, Cloud Networking, Cloud Monitoring, IAM, Cloud Armor, VPC Security, Python / Bash Good to Have: AWS or Azure secondary exposure

AWS (Pune / Mumbai / Gurugram)

Must Have: EKS, Kubernetes, EC2, VPC, RDS, Terraform / CloudFormation, CloudWatch, IAM, GuardDuty, Security Hub, Python / Bash Good to Have: GCP or Azure secondary exposure

Azure (Coimbatore)

Must Have: AKS, Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure DevOps CI/CD, Terraform / Bicep / ARM, Azure Monitor, Azure AD, Key Vault, Defender, PowerShell / Python / Bash Good to Have: GCP (Compute, Cloud Run, BigQuery), AWS general cloud ops

What We're Looking For

• Proactive SRE mindset — SLO/SLI driven, not ticket-reactive
• Hands-on cloud depth — not just certifications
• MSP or consulting delivery experience preferred
• Strong incident ownership with quantified outcomes (MTTR%, uptime %, cost savings)
• Client-facing confidence (especially for Lead roles) Certifications (Preferred)
• Google Associate Cloud Engineer / Professional Cloud Architect
• AWS Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / DevOps Engineer
