Senior Sales Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through both direct account management and channel partner development. You will work closely with customers to understand requirements, promote automation solutions, and manage the complete sales cycle across industrial and project-based environments.


Your job:

  • Drive sales growth through assigned channel partners, including joint customer visits and technical support
  • Manage and develop key direct accounts across industries such as steel, automotive, power, heavy engineering, and mining
  • Generate and convert business opportunities in industrial, channel, and project sales
  • Handle customer interactions, negotiations, and relationship management
  • Identify and manage end-to-end project sales lifecycle, including Requirement analysis, technical discussions and specification reviews and Coordination with internal engineering teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely proposal submission and order closure and provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction


Our requirements:

  • BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics with 4–10 years in Industrial / Channel / Project Sales
  • Experience in Pneumatics, Automation, Hydraulics, Valves, or Process Automation sales
  • Knowledge of industrial automation, PLC, control valves, pneumatics
  • Experience in channel & direct account management and Ability to handle technical sales and project lifecycle
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills
