The ideal candidate should be well-versed in content creation, analytics, and current social media trends.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goal\nManage and grow brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTub\nPlan and maintain a content calendar with engaging, relevant, and timely conten\nCollaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create high-quality creatives and campaign\nMonitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preference\nTrack and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingl\nManage paid social media campaigns and budget\nHandle community management, including responding to comments, messages, and review\nWork with influencers and external partners for collaboration\nContent and blog writing for website\n\nKey Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field3+ years of experience in social media management.\nStrong understanding of platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.\nHands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite.\nExcellent copywriting and communication skills.\nCreative mindset with attention to detail.\nAbility to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with performance marketing campaigns.\nBasic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)\nUnderstanding of SEO and digital marketing\nExperience working with agencies or brands
