HTC has global delivery centers across the globe.\n\nAbout the Job\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Technology Architect with a primary focus on Finance and HR business domains to drive technology and process architecture strategy across the enterprise. This role is central to advancing Oracle Fusion ERP and Workday implementations, modernizing data warehousing capabilities, and governing responsible AI adoption.

The Architect will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, development teams, and enterprise governance bodies, bridging strategy and delivery across a complex and evolving technology landscape.\n\nSkill Requirements:\nStrong experience in Oracle Fusion ERP and/or Workday architecture with deep understanding of Finance and HR business processes.\nHands-on experience in large-scale ERP transformation programs, including Oracle Fusion implementations, PeopleSoft migration, integration strategy, and application modernization.\nExpertise in data warehousing, data Lakehouse, data mesh architecture, metadata management, and enterprise data platform design.\nGood knowledge of AI and Generative AI frameworks, including RAG-based implementations, governance, risk management, and alignment with enterprise AI strategy.\nStrong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, OCI, and Azure, along with enterprise integration patterns, orchestration tools, cybersecurity policies, and COTS applications.\nExperience working with architecture governance boards, enterprise architecture frameworks, vendor management, and stakeholder communication across business and technology teams.
