Profile: IT Executive-Textile-Surat-3.96 LPA

Experience: 1-3 Years in IT Support, Help Desk, or System Administration.

Salary Range: 30k to 33k

Roles: 

1. Hardware & End User Support

• Provide desktop, laptop, and printer support.
• Coordinate hardware maintenance and repair activities.
• Resolve end-user hardware and software issues promptly.

2. Network Support

• Monitor network performance.
• Handle LAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity-related troubleshooting.

3. System Installation & Configuration

• Install and configure Windows operating systems.
• Manage drivers, software installations, and system settings.

4. Email & User Management

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Handle email setup and troubleshooting using Outlook/Gmail.

5. IT Asset Management

• Maintain records of IT assets and inventory.
• Track hardware allocation and usage.

6. Security & Maintenance

• Monitor antivirus solutions and system updates.
• Ensure regular patch management and endpoint security.

7. Backup & Server Support

• Perform routine data backups.
• Provide basic server maintenance and support.

Qualification: 

• BCA / B.Sc. (IT) / Computer Science Graduate
• Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking can also be considered.
