Profile: HRBP-Manufacturing-Loc:Antroli,Surat-9 LPA

Experience: 4-10 Years in HR

Salary Range: 70k to 75k

Roles:

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for staff and shop-floor workforce.
  • Develop workforce planning and succession strategies.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Build a positive workplace culture across plant and office operations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.

3. Performance Management

  • Coordinate KPI setting and performance appraisal processes.
  • Support managers in Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
  • Drive accountability and performance-oriented culture.

4. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Coordinate technical and behavioral training programs.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and compliance completion.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure compliance with:

  • Factories Act
  • PF & ESI
  • Minimum Wages Act
  • Gratuity Act
  • Contract Labour Act
  • POSH Compliance

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain HR documentation, records, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure statutory compliance across plant operations.

6. HR Analytics & MIS

  • Prepare HR dashboards and management reports.
  • Track headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and recruitment metrics.
  • Provide actionable HR insights to leadership.

7. Business Partnering

  • Work closely with Plant Heads, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams.
  • Provide HR guidance aligned with business goals.
  • Support organizational change and process improvement initiatives.

Qualification:

  • MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDM (HR).
  • Prior experience in Manufacturing (Mandatory), Infrastructure, Engineering, Industrial, or similar sectors.
