Work Experience
Requirements
Must Have
More than 6 years' work experience in the automotive industry Preferably OEM/ Tier 1s
Engage in holistic project oversight
ADAS System development for new generation model
Should have deep understanding of
o Driver Monitoring System (DMS)
o Eye gaze tracking
o Distraction and Drowsiness detection
o Occupant Monitoring System (OMS)
o Child presence detection (CPD)
o Seat occupancy, posture analysis
o Cabin sensing and Comfort systems
o Gesture control, personalization, climate interaction
Good technical understanding of how In cabin systems interact with
o ADAS
o Air Bag systems
o Infotainment and HMI
ADAS System Requirement analysis and specification definition (example: ACC, AEB, AHB, LDW, UPA, BSD, RCTA etc.)
Basic understanding of vehicle diagnostics and communication network
Experience in performing DRBFM, FTA, FMEA etc.
Good understanding of Functional Safety - ISO 26262 and other homologation requirements like R10, R79, R89, R13H, GSR etc.
Quality issue analysis, discussion and status reporting
Communication with relevant department and Tier1 supplier for technical discussion and alignment
Solving issues through cross functional communication and cross-cultural teamwork
Fluent communication with internal/external engineers
Project Management Support
Experience working with Japanese OEMs and Tier1s in Automotive domain
Good to Have
Communication experiences with Foreigners
Good understanding of ADASIS V2/V3 Protocol
Detail understanding of Automotive Safety program (Euro NCAP, ASEAN NCAP, IIHC, Global NCAP, Japan NCAP etc.)
Bachelors, or higher degree, in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, System Engineering, Computer Science etc.
Basic understanding of below points (Any two or more)
Functional components required for ADAS
System Architecture and Component Diagram for ADAS Components
Vehicle Communication & Diagnostics protocol (CAN/LIN/Ethernet/DTC etc.)
Electrical schematics / Experience of Harness CAD
Testing Tools (ETAS/VECTOR/Lauterbach etc.)
