- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in implementation or upgrade of HCM , HRMS system.
- Knowledge on People code and people tool is must
- Knowledge on PSQUERY , CI
- Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in different domain like payroll , time and labor.
- Knowledge with recent PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in PL/SQL is a value add
- Experience in latest version of People tool is value add
Responsibility:
- Comprehend the business functionality and precise client requirements, gather further requirements from client users (as appropriate)
- Preparation of Technical Design document
- Development , Unit Testing.
- Code Reviews
- System Testing / Integration Testing Support
- UAT and Go Live Support
- Postproduction Support
- Production Support / On Call Support
- Work with multicultural and multidisciplinary team
- Team player and like to exchange experiences with colleagues
- Take ownership of the projects / tasks, collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure delivery on time.
- Pay attention to details and ensure overall quality.
