About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Strategy and Operations Lead to partner with the Site Lead in driving transformation and fostering collaboration across multiple business units and global teams. This role is critical in ensuring alignment between local operations and global business lines, enabling strategic outcomes and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership & Transformation
  2. Partner with the Site Lead to define and execute site-level strategic priorities.
  3. Drive transformation initiatives that enhance collaboration across business units and global teams.
  4. Ensure timely execution and closure of key projects and deliverables.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  6. Act as a trusted advisor and integrator between domain leads (BU leaders in India), corporate functions (local and global), and global business teams.
  7. Build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
  8. Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
  9. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  10. Develop impactful executive presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership reviews.
  11. Governance & Communication
  12. Establish governance frameworks for site-level initiatives and monitor progress.
  13. Drive effective communication strategies to keep teams informed and engaged.

Total Experience Expected: 12-16 years

Qualifications

MBA or equivalent from a reputed B school
