Job Description

 

Job Title - Oracle PPM Techno-Functional Consultant

Experience - 8 - 15 Years

Location - PAN India

Notice - Immediate to 30 days

 

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules and strong technical capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing Oracle PPM solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize project and financial management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Project Portfolio Management.
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion PPM modules based on business needs.
  • Design and implement end-to-end PPM solutions including project setup, costing, billing, budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting.
  • Develop functional design documents, solution designs, and configuration workbooks.
  • Create and support integrations between Oracle PPM and other Oracle Fusion or third-party systems.
  • Develop and troubleshoot reports, extracts, and interfaces.
  • Perform data conversion, migration, and reconciliation activities.
  • Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, extensions, and integrations.
  • Provide production support, issue resolution, and system optimization.
  • Conduct user training sessions and prepare functional documentation.
  • Functional Expertise Required

Strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following Oracle Fusion PPM modules:

  • Project Foundation
  • Project Costing
  • Project Billing
  • Project Contracts
  • Project Financial Management
  • Project Control
  • Project Resource Management
  • Project Performance Reporting
  • Capital Projects
  • Grants Management (preferred)

Technical Skills Required

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementation and support experience.
  • Experience with:
  • OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
  • BI Publisher Reports
  • Oracle Fusion Reporting
  • FBDI (File-Based Data Import)
  • HDL (HCM Data Loader) - preferred
  • REST and SOAP Web Services
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • SQL and data analysis
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion security, roles, and data access controls.
  • Experience in data migration, interfaces, and integrations.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Oracle PPM implementation/support experience.
  • Strong understanding of Project Accounting and Project Financial Management processes.
  • Experience working in at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience integrating Oracle PPM with:
  • Oracle ERP Financials
  • Oracle Procurement
  • Oracle HCM
  • Oracle EPM
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications are highly preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in professional services, construction, engineering, healthcare, or public sector industries.
  • Multi-country and global implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of project governance, budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio management processes.
