About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct comprehensive credit underwriting and risk assessment for commercial and corporate lending opportunities.
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow trends, repayment capacity, and borrower credit profiles to evaluate creditworthiness.
- Prepare detailed credit memorandums, including assessment of the 5 Cs of Credit (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Conditions).
- Perform forward-looking financial modeling, forecasting, sensitivity analysis, and valuation to support credit decisions.
- Review borrowing base calculations, accounts receivable analysis, and covenant compliance for working capital and lending facilities.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signals, and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate industry, market, and economic trends to assess their impact on borrower performance and credit exposure.
- Collaborate with relationship managers, risk teams, and other stakeholders to support lending decisions and portfolio management.
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory requirements, and risk governance standards.
- Present credit recommendations, including approvals, declines, renewals, and restructuring proposals, to senior management and credit committees.
- Manage multiple client relationships and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance underwriting efficiency, quality, and risk management practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of all credit reviews and portfolio monitoring activities.
- Contribute to portfolio quality by proactively identifying emerging risks and recommending corrective actions.
- Work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- May be required to work in rotational shifts to support global business operations and client requirements.
