NPD Executive

Alienkind is looking for a passionate and innovative NPD Specialist to lead the Research & Development department.The ideal candidate will drive product innovation, create and refine recipes, and ensure operational excellence through strong SOP development and streamlined product execution..

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the R department and oversee all new product development activities.

• Conduct continuous recipe trials and product testing to improve quality and innovation.

• Develop seasonal menus and introduce innovative product concepts aligned with brand vision.

• Refine and optimize existing recipes for consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure all products have detailed and accurate SOP recipes.

• Coordinate product development timelines and meet new product expectations effectively.

• Design packaging concepts and contribute to product presentation and branding.

• Plan and streamline logistics and operational cycles for newly developed products.

• Collaborate closely with operations and training teams to ensure successful implementation of products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a relevant Culinary degree.

• Proven experience in menu development and recipe trials.

• Strong understanding of food innovation, product development and kitchen operations.

• Ability to create structured SOPs and maintain recipe consistency.

• Creative mindset with a strong eye for flavor, presentation, and market trends.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of projects.
