Role

We're seeking an experienced Finance Executive to join our growing team. You'll be the backbone of our financial operations—managing the books, ensuring compliance, and providing financial clarity that drives our strategic decision-making.

Employment Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Setup: Hybrid
• CTC: ₹3.6 LPA

What You'll Own:

• Full accounting cycle management: AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, GL entries, and month-end close
• Financial statement preparation and regulatory compliance (GST, income tax, statutory filings)
• Accounts payable and receivable oversight; vendor and client invoice management
• Audit coordination and support for internal/external audits
• Expense management and budgeting support
• Ad-hoc financial analysis to support business development and operational decisions

Who You Are:

• B.Com with 2–5 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or equivalent); familiarity with GST and Indian tax code is essential
• Strong command of Excel—you write formulas, build models, and solve problems with data.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Self-starter who can identify financial inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment where you wear multiple hats.
