About the Role
We’re looking for a Service Operations Associate to work directly with the founding team and help build the operational backbone of Blyss. This is a highly on-ground role involving training, partner onboarding, customer experience, field operations, and problem-solving. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, ownership, and building things from scratch — this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Training & Operations
- Train and onboard service professionals
- Ensure service quality, hygiene, safety, and customer standards
- Support certification and operational readiness
- Work closely with field teams and solve on-ground challenges
- Partner Growth & Network Building
- Identify and recruit new service professionals
- Conduct onboarding and activation processes
- Visit communities, markets, and residential areas to expand networks
- Customer Experience
- Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth service delivery
- Identify areas to improve satisfaction and reliability
- Work with the team to continuously improve processes
Qualifications
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable with field work and fast-paced startup environments
- Good communication skills (basic English required)
- Someone proactive, curious, reliable, and excited to build

Pay range and compensation package
Stipend: ₹25,000 per month
