Senior Program Manager

Job Purpose

• Responsible for program management of identified projects taken up by Enterprise Factory Bangalore team.
• Responsible for program management of Public Website and Internet banking upgrade projects
• Responsible for providing any required program management artifacts for Mobile app development project
• Responsible for vendor management through onboarding and ongoing management. Prepare detailed project plans, project charters, testing plans among others
• Co-ordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the program

Experience of 15- 20 years of experience in

• Agile and Digital product delivery experience is a must )

• Strong Project and Program Management experience
• Operate effectively in a matrix structure
• Good Communication skills – written and verbal
• Strong technology background with sound understanding of UI and backend technologies
• Ability to prepare detailed project plans anticipating all the activities in the project
• Allocate tasks to team members, monitor and track progress
• Be proactive, open and honest in communicating with management as well as client
• Ability to communicate effectively with the vendors
• Ability to discuss and gather requirements from the business and provide solutions
• Ability to interact at various levels within the organization
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Ability to prepare comprehensive status reports, perform management reviews
