Senior Systems Administrator\n\nJob Summary -\n\nWe are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator for Windows Servers,including SQL Server, Selected Candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Windows server infrastructure and related SQL Server databases for IAM Automation services.Responsibilities will include system administration, security, troubleshooting, Bots monitoring, and collaboration with other teams\nJob Responsibilities -\n\nManaging and maintaining Windows servers and SQL servers in internal cloud environment\nImplementing and managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and other core Windows services.\nConfiguring and maintaining server hardware and software, including installations, updates, and patching.\nMonitoring system performance and resource utilization.\nTroubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.\nMonitoring Automation BOTs.\nDeveloping and implementing automation scripts using tools like PowerShell.\nInstalling, configuring, and maintaining SQL Server instances.\nManaging databases, users, and permissions.\nMonitoring SQL Server performance and optimizing queries.\nPerforming database backups, restores, and disaster recovery.\nMonitoring security logs and alerts.\nImplementing and managing security tools and technologies.\nEnsuring compliance with security standards and regulations.\nCollaborating with other IT teams, such as network administrators and application developers.\nParticipating in on-call rotations and responding to after-hours emergencies\n\nTechnical Qualifications\n\nShould have In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2019, etc.).\n5+ years of experience in system administration, with a focus on Windows and SQL Server environments.\nShould have Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.\nShould have Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is preferred.\nShould have Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.\nExperience with scripting languages like PowerShell is essential.\nShould have Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nShould have Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\nShould have Experience with SQL Server administration, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning.\nShould have Understanding of security principles and best practices.\nFamiliarity with ITIL methodologies is a plus.\n\nEducation\n\nPreferred B.Tech/B.E
