We specialize in strategic hiring, enterprise staffing solutions, and building\nscalable recruitment models for global clients\n\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Practice Lead to drive business growth and client\nrelationships within a specific industry practice or functional area. The successful candidate\nwill lead a team of consultants while maintaining hands-on involvement in executive search\nassignments for senior-level positions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Development & Client Management\n• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow practice revenue\n• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including C-suite executives and\nboard members\n• Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the assigned practice area\n• Lead client presentations and proposal development\n• Achieve annual revenue targets and KPIs Search Execution & Delivery\n• Manage complex executive search assignments from inception to completion\n• Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand organizational needs and culture\n• Develop comprehensive search strategies and candidate profiles\n• Lead candidate assessment, interviewing, and reference checking processes\n\n• Provide strategic advisory services on talent acquisition and organizational\ndevelopment Team Leadership & Development\n• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and researchers\n• Provide coaching on search methodology, client management, and business development\n• Conduct performance reviews and support career progression of team members\n• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture Market Intelligence &\nThought Leadership\n• Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent\nmovements\n• Develop and share market insights with clients and internal stakeholders\n• Represent the firm at industry conferences and networking events\n• Contribute to thought leadership through articles, whitepapers, and speaking engagements\n\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience & Background\n• 8-15+ years of experience in executive search, with minimum 5 years in senior\nconsultant or leadership role\n• Proven track record in managing searches for senior leadership positions (VP level\nand above)\n• Strong experience in specific industry vertical (e.g., Technology, Financial Services,\nHealthcare, Industrial, etc.)\n• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management\nSkills & Competencies\n• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams\n• Client Management: Exceptional relationship-building and client service skills\n• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management and business metrics\n• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written skills\n• Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess complex organizational challenges and provide\nstrategic solutions\n• Networking: Well-established professional network within target industry/function\n\nWhy Join Us?\n• Opportunity for growth in segment of leadership unit.\n• Direct influence on business expansion and innovation\n• Work with a high-impact leadership team
