We are looking for a Salesforce AMS Support Consultant with 4–6 years of experience in Salesforce application support and maintenance.

• Salesforce Service Cloud / Sales Cloud
• Data Management & Reporting
• Ticketing Tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.)
• User Training & Issue Resolution
• Stakeholder Communication

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end Salesforce AMS support.
• Resolve user issues and service requests within SLA.
• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with business users and technical teams.
• Support enhancements, deployments, and testing activities.
