Data Scientist to work on complex project involving AI, GenAI, RAG and Agentic Solution for the business delivery projects\n\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy machine learning and GenAI solutions in production environments\n\nBuild and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines\n\nFine-tune and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs)\n\nDevelop prompt engineering strategies and evaluation frameworks\n\nImplement scalable ML pipelines using Python\n\nWork with structured and unstructured data sources\n\nCollaborate with Engineering, Product, and SMEs to deliver AI-driven features\n\nMonitor model performance, drift, and reliability in production\n\nConduct experimentation, A/B testing, and performance benchmarking\n\nContribute to architecture design for AI-powered systems\n\nRequirements\nExperience: 6-8 Years\nCore Stack\nPython (advanced proficiency)\n\nMachine Learning (supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP)\n\nGenerative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings)\n\nRAG architecture and vector search\n\nModel evaluation and validation frameworks\n\nML & AI Tools\nLangChain / LlamaIndex (or similar frameworks)\n\nScikit-learn / XGBoost / LightGBM\n\nPyTorch / TensorFlow\n\nHuggingFace / OpenAI / LLM APIs\n\nVector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, OpenSearch, etc.)\n\nData & Infrastructure\nSQL and data querying\n\nExperience with AWS / Azure / GCP\n\nCI/CD for ML deployments\n\nModel tracking tools (MLflow preferred)\n\nGood to Have\nExperience in legal, regulatory, or publishing domains\n\nExperience with model monitoring and MLOps\n\nKnowledge of fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT, QLoRA)\n\nExperience with multi-agent frameworks (AutoGen, LangGraph, etc.){Empty}\n\nWorking for you:\nWe know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
